Background FMECA is an important tool to identify potential failures of a product. Through a structured methodology, you will review every aspect of a product design or a product process like manufacturing, warehousing or shipping. The potential failure modes will lead to a series of activities ending up with product or process improvements.
Scope Through lectures and practical work with a FMECA in a product allow for thorough understanding and skills in FMECA. Each participant will learn how to plan, lead, perform and report the results of a FMECA.
Intended for Personnel in design, construction, purchasing, production, engineering, QA and QC who will be involved in FMECA
